About this project

The BBC music website is an important page for the BBC as it's the place to find out about artists and browse music genres leading to a wealth of BBC content. The project involved the redesign and redevelopment of the /music website and the sub pages that lived under this URL.

What I did

I was the Information Architect and Client-side Developer on this large-scale project and worked closely with the in-house design and software development teams acting a liaison between both.

I was also responsible for creating documentation once the project had been completed so that other developers could easily update the website.

The technologies I worked included HTML, CSS, Javascript, XSSI, XML, XSLT and the in-house CMS.
