About this project

User tracking was required to gain valuable, yet anonymous feedback from pilots via their day-to-day interactions with one of Lufthansa’s in-flight products. An opt-in solution had to be integrated into the app.

What I did

I created a user flow, including working on the copy, to make it easy for the user to understand why we wanted to do user-tracking, what we were trying to achieve and to make it easy for the pilots to opt-in or opt-out.
